Workout for June 16, 2015

This workout really showed how strong I was and also challenged my breathing capabilities. As with any workout, make sure that you check with your doctor first to see if these moves are safe for you to do.

I challenge you to make these few moves part of your everyday movement/workouts. Trust me, you will feel the burn!


Today's workout...*Positive Pow*😓💪
10 min HIIT cardio
Each exercise at high intensity for 45 sec
15 sec rest
Mountain Climbers
Pushups
Squats
Crunches
Burpees
Plank
Jump squats
Triceps dips
High knees
Lunges
Leg Werk 8-10 reps...lift heavy!
Leg press
Leg extension
Leg curl
Toe raises
Front squat
Back squat
Stretch!!!
